Refund policy

You may return a product for any reason within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our Customer Service Department. Please send email to plabankusa@gmail.com. Products must arrive at our facility in same condition as they were received. The customer will receive the total amount paid minus a 20% restocking fee, with the exception of any damages during shipment to customers.
